I emailed on a Thurs or Fri and he was out first thing Monday morning to complete the snag. I had the report that afternoon, including 80 minor issues that I would never have caught myself. Only removing 1 star as, a complementary 200 euro voucher is advertised for a flooring and furniture company, but I feel it wasn't made clear in advance that this applies only with a minimum spend of 1500 euro. No issue with the minimum spend, but just wasn't made aware of that condition until I received the voucher.

He was thorough, took his time, and explained everything clearly as he went. The report came back the same day, fully photographed and easy to follow, which meant we could send it straight to the developer.
